Datuk Vincent Lee is the Group Executive Chairman of Foetus International, one of the largest and most diversified Communications Groups in Malaysia, with specialized companies in Advertising, Media, Public Relations, Event Management, Customer Relationship Management, Direct Marketing, and Mobile Content and Interactive Digital Technologies.

Foetus Group of Companies comprises of Naga DDB, DDB International, DDB PR, Beyond Events, Vizeum Media Services, Rapp Collins, Stropt & Sports Limited (HK), Tribal DDB, Whack Films, Model.com and MNC Wireless Berhad.

Several Foetus International Group companies also have a strategic partnership with DDB Worldwide, which is part of the Omnicom Group – the largest Integrated Communications Group in the world.

Datuk Vincent has been honoured on three occasions in DDB's Winner's Circle for leading the best-managed office in the 206-strong DDB network. And in 2003, he received the inaugural DDB network's 'Four Freedom' Award.

Among his other positions, Datuk Vincent is the President of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia or 4As, Chairman of the Institute of Advertising Communication Training (IACT), and a member of the Brand Grant Committee and the National Branding Task Force under the Malaysian External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE). In addition, he is also a council member of the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC).
