Empower your employees to shine
Moving into its 12th successful installment, shine is a highly anticipated 3-day residential training initiated by the 4As (Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia) and developed by 95% The Advertising Academy. It is designed to lead your most promising employees to conduct a self examination of themselves, and rediscover their passion, purpose and resilience. This will in turn empower them to give their 100% to their careers, to your organisation and to the industry.
Close to 400 people from Creative, Client Service, Media, Digital and Events have gone through the Shine training so far. There is a 97.8% satisfaction rate, with the vast majority of them reporting the training was 'relevant and useful to their jobs'.
shine training objectives:

Explore their role in the advertising and marketing industry and how their contribution can make a difference to themselves, their careers, their organisation and the industry.
- Explore and break through limiting beliefs and mindsets that get in the way of their success.
- Liberate their creativity and reignite their passion.
- Develop 'people skills': from understanding clients and agencies, inspiring colleagues to being able to relate to the target audience.
- Practice applying the learning to the whole process of creating and marketing campaign: from strategizing to creating the work, to presenting.
- Instill mental stamina and resilience to handle the intense challenges unique to this industry.
- Develop leadership as a core quality so they can have more initiative and be more effective in their work.

Part 1 : Pre-Training Foundation
Date : 3rd May 2011 (Tuesday)
Time : 8pm – 10:30pm (Registration starts from 7.30pm)
Venue : 95% The Advertising Academy, Wisma Dicklin, 80A, Jalan Bangsar, 59200, Kuala Lumpur
An opportunity for participants to get clear about what they would like to achieve in the training, set their goals, and get to know other participants. Participants will also be shown a video of insights on how judging for awards works.
Part 2 : The 3-Day Residential Training
Date : 6th - 8th May 2011
Venue : Nilai Springs Resort Hotel, Nilai
